Jai Jawan Jai Kisan

"Jai Jawan Jai Kisan" was a slogan given by the then Prime Minister of India, Lal Bahadur Shastri, during the Indo-Pak war of 1965 to boost the morale of soldiers and farmers. It is not directly related to taxes but signifies the importance of both soldiers and farmers in the country.
