ITR-4 (Sugam) – An income tax return form for individuals, HUFs, and firms (other than LLPs) opting for the presumptive taxation scheme under Sections 44AD, 44ADA, or 44AE, allowing a simplified method to declare business or professional income without detailed books of accounts. Example: A small business with turnover up to ₹2 crore or a professional opting for Section 44ADA can file ITR-4.
