External Commercial Borrowings (ECB)

External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) are funds borrowed by Indian companies from foreign sources, such as overseas banks or financial institutions. ECBs are regulated by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and serve as an additional source of financing for corporate entities.
